"Ich habe es doch noch geschafft!" (A jednak udało mi się!) - tak miały brzmieć pierwsze słowa 28 letniego polskiego pilota, po tym jak 25 września 1956 wylądował swoim odrzutowcem obok pasa startowego lotniska na Bornholmie. Słowa te wypowiedział do pierwszych napotkanych na ziemi ludzi - duńskich robotników pracujących nad remontem pasa startowego lotniska w Rønne (The Secret MiGs of Bornholm, Dick van der Aart, Air Intel, 2016, str. 83). Ppor. pil. Zygmunt Gościniak był najwyraźniej mocno zaskoczony tym, że mimo niespodzianki, która spotkała go w ostatniej fazie skrupulatnie zaplanowanej przez siebie ucieczki, stał cały i zdrowy na duńskiej ziemi.

"Ich habe es doch noch geschafft!" (I still did it!) - these were the first words (spoken in rather a good German) of the 28-year-old Polish pilot after he landed his jet near the airport runway on Bornholm on September 25, 1956. He spoke these words to the first people he encountered on earth - Danish workers working on the renovation of the runway at Rønne airport (The Secret MiGs of Bornholm, Dick van der Aart, Air Intel, 2016, p. 83). Lt. Zygmunt Gościniak was clearly surprised that despite the surprise that happened to him in the last phase of a meticulously planned escape, he was standing safe and sound on Danish soil.

Today's post is the third and last one devoted to the Lim-2 (MiG-15 bis) aircraft model with the side number 1327, on which Lt. Z. Gościniak escaped to a Danish island in the Baltic Sea. In the first post, I showed how the model of this machine was built, while in the second post, I showed how the diorama and figures were made. Te same słowa, które wypowiedział pilot po postawieniu nóg na duńskiej ziemi mógłbym powiedzieć dzisiaj ja: a jednak udało mi się opublikować tę galerię. Model wraz z dioramą skończyłem na początku tego roku, ale bardzo długo zabierałem się za zrobienie końcowej galerii. A to nie miałem czasu, a to pogoda nie taka, a to po prostu mi się nie chciało. Jakby nie to, że diorama stoi za szybą, dawno porosłaby kurzem. W końcu pewnego ciepłego sierpniowego dnia przy okazji wycieczki za miasto zabrałem ją ze sobą i zrobiłem sesję w plenerze. Zdjęcia musiały przejść oczywiście drobną obróbkę, polegającą na usunięciu przy pomocy programu komputerowego widocznych krawędzi bocznych płyty na której umieściłem dioramę. Poniżej możecie zobaczyć dwa zdjęcia: jedno przykładowe przed obróbką, na którym widać wspomniane krawędzie oraz drugie będące swego rodzaju "making of" - żona uchwyciła mnie podczas ustawiania dioramy do zdjęć w plenerze.

The same words that the pilot said after setting his feet on Danish soil, I could say today: and yet I managed to publish this gallery. I finished the model with the diorama at the beginning of this year, but it took a long time to do the final gallery. And then I did not have time, and the weather was not like that, and I just didn't want to. If was not for the fact that the diorama is behind the glass, it would have been covered with dust a long time ago. Finally, on a warm August day, on the occasion of a trip outside the city, I took her with me and made an outdoor session. Of course, the photos had to undergo minor processing, which involved removing the visible side edges of the plate on which I placed the diorama with the help of a computer program. Below you can see two photos: one sample before processing, where you can see the mentioned edges, and the other being a kind of "making of" - my wife captured me while setting up the diorama for outdoor photos.

Data publikacji tego posta nie jest przypadkowa - dziś, 25 września, przypada 65 rocznica lądowania Zygmunta Gościniaka na Bornholmie. Stwierdziłem, że skoro tak długo zwlekałem z opublikowaniem galerii, zrobię to właśnie w ten dzień. Zapraszam do galerii!

The publication date of this post is not accidental - today, September 25, is the 65th anniversary of Zygmunt Gościniak's landing on Bornholm. I found that since I had delayed publishing the gallery for so long, I would do it on this day. Enjoy the gallery!
